Shipping Policy

Orders Processing Time

Orders are fulfilled and shipped during business hours, Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays.

Once orders are placed, they ship within 1-3 business days.

Free Shipping Regions:

We provide free shipping for all orders within the United States and Europe.

However, the following areas in the US and Europe are exceptions and do not qualify for free shipping (please refer to the "Charging Area" below for details).

No - Shipping Areas:

Currently, we do not ship to [Iran, Syria, UAE, Cuba, China].

Cancelling Your Order

We ship orders quickly. Cancellation of orders must be made before your order has shipped.

To cancel your order, please contact us by email: support@filmgig.co.uk.

Note: If your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Duties & Taxes
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that filmgig.co.uk does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not responsible for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Multiple Address
Please place a separate order for each shipping address you wish to use if you would like items to ship to different destinations.

Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse to accept our courier delivery, the package will be returned to the shipping company’s warehouse and held for re-delivery. If you refuse to accept the package again, it will be destroyed, and we will not be able to process a refund for you.

NOTE

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery dates; any delivery delay or issue is solely the responsibility of the shipping company but will be investigated by ourselves.

If your order shows as delivered but is nowhere to be found, please email support@filmgig.co.uk within 7 working days of the delivery date. Any items reported as lost past this period will be denied for replacement or refund.

Customs duties: Customs duties for different markets are borne by the customer.
